This Privacy Policy describes how the Slidy Creator application (the “App”, “we”, or “our service”) processes user data. We respect our users’ privacy and aim for transparency in how information is handled.

We do not collect personal information such as name, email address, phone number, or social media accounts. When using the App’s features, the following data may be temporarily processed:

• text prompts, selected language, and number of slides;
• information about the number of generated carousels (to enforce free usage limits);
• data required to process payments and subscriptions via RevenueCat, App Store, or Google Play.

3. Voice Data Processing

If the user provides input via voice, the audio is converted to text locally on the device using the system’s built-in speech recognition. Audio recordings are not transmitted to our servers and are not stored in any form.

4. Use of Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services to function properly, including:

• OpenAI API – to generate text based on user input;
• RevenueCat – to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions.

Each of these services operates under its own privacy policy, which we encourage users to review.

5. Purpose of Data Processing

The transmitted data is used solely for the following purposes:

• generating text based on user requests;
• tracking the number of available generations;
• activating and verifying subscriptions.

6. Data Storage and Deletion

We do not store user text, prompts, or generated results. Information about the number of generations and subscription status is retained only to ensure proper functionality and is deleted when the App is removed from the device.

7. Data Sharing with Third Parties

We may share limited data only with services essential to the App’s operation (OpenAI, RevenueCat, Firebase). We do not sell, trade, or share user data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

8. Age Restriction

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older.
