1. General Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the Slidy Creator application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. Purpose of the App

Slidy Creator allows users to generate text and slide carousels with the help of artificial intelligence. Users can enter text or voice prompts, choose a language and number of slides, and receive automatically generated content.

3. Free and Paid Access

The free version includes up to two free generations. Continued use requires an active subscription through RevenueCat, App Store, or Google Play. Subscription management and cancellations are handled via the user’s App Store or Google Play account settings.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

not use the App to create, distribute, or publish content that violates laws, moral standards, or third-party rights;
not use the App for spam, discriminatory, offensive, or misleading materials;
not attempt to interfere with the App’s operation or its technical mechanisms.

5. Intellectual Property

Generated content is created automatically by AI and may include elements beyond full author control. Users may use generated materials for personal or commercial purposes, but may not claim exclusive authorship or use them to infringe the rights of others.

6. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that:

generated results will be entirely accurate, original, or legally safe; or
the service will operate without interruptions or errors.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App or its generated materials.

7. Changes and Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, update, or suspend the App at any time without prior notice. Updates to these Terms will be communicated through App updates or announcements.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer’s country of residence. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with those laws in the competent courts of that country.
